We want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Counseling Sessions will be $120 upfront pay via credit card. Our office will then submit to your insurance and reimburse you for what they have covered.

 

This $120 up front payment is for patients with insurance and self pay patients.

Cancellations must be done 24 hours before scheduled appointment during office hours to avoid a $120 cancellation charge.
